SAP Technical Solution Delivery LeadLocation: Columbus, OHWork Type: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)Position Type: Contract-to-HireWe are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Delivery Lead /Technical Delivery Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation initiative focused on Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service modernization.This role will help drive end-to-end SAP delivery activities across SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, SAP BTP, integrations, testing, security, and DevSecOps initiatives within a highly collaborative enterprise environment.The ideal candidate brings strong SAP technical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end SAP solution delivery activities for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service initiativesCollaborate on SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud implementationsOversee SAP application configuration, customization, integrations, and technical delivery activitiesCoordinate SAP RICEFW development efforts across multiple workstreamsSupport unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activitiesCoordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and enterprise stakeholdersAssist with deployment planning, cutover execution, hyper care, and operational readinessEnsure SAP security, governance, compliance, and access control requirements are metSupport SAP DevSecOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines and automated testingFacilitate integrations with IAM platforms, MuleSoft, REST APIs, and non-SAP systemsMonitor delivery risks, issue resolution activities, and enterprise governance processesRequired Qualifications7+ years of SAP solution delivery experienceStrong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Service CloudHands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP programmingExperience supporting enterprise SAP implementations in complex environmentsStrong SAP integration experience using REST APIs and middleware technologiesExperience with SAP BTP Integration SuiteFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of SAP security models and SAP GRC Access ControlExperience supporting SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activitiesExperience using Jira, qTest, or related Agile/testing toolsStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fieldSAP certifications preferredUtility or energy industry experienceExperience integrating SAP with MuleSoft, IAM, or non-SAP platformsFamiliarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data CloudExperience with AI-powered SAP toolingExperience supporting SAP data migration and master data management initiativesUnderstanding of utility compliance and customer data privacy requirementsExperience supporting organizational change management and user enablement#PSI2
