Job Description Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Full Time or Part Time Job Description & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a gentle, thorough, and highly motivated Registered Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced setting.Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing (SRP).Administer local anesthetic (must be comfortable giving anesthetic).Perform laser bacterial reduction/disinfection (Laser certified preferred).Apply sealants and topical fluoride treatments.Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.Maintain accurate patient records in [insert software name, e.g., Dentrix/Eaglesoft].DirectDental +4 RequirementsActive Nevada Dental Hygienist License.Local Anesthesia Certification.Laser Certification (strongly preferred).Experience in sealant application.Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
