Job Title: Oracle HCM Lead ArchitectLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and a deep understanding of Oracle SaaS and third-party systems. This role requires expertise in VBCS concepts, Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, OTBI reports, and HCM conversions. Additionally, experience with Oracle ERP FBDI templates and processes is essential.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate Oracle SaaS with third-party systems.• Develop custom applications for Oracle Fusion Cloud using VBCS concepts.• Create and manage Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, and OTBI reports.• Oversee HCM conversions and ensure data integrity and accuracy.• Utilize Oracle ERP FBDI templates to load data into Oracle ERP.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends.Qualifications:• Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SaaS.• Strong knowledge of VBCS concepts and their application in Oracle Fusion Cloud.• Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI, OTBI reports, and HCM conversions.• Experience with Oracle ERP FBDI templates and processes.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Oracle certification in relevant areas.• Experience in leading large-scale Oracle HCM implementations.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Benefits:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Flexible remote work environment.• Opportunities for professional growth and development.• Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
