Job Description ComResource is looking for a Senior Product Owner.We need someone to assist in leading the development and delivery of AI-powered chatbot solutions within an Agile environment.Responsibilities:Define and prioritize product requirements and backlog for AI chatbot solutionsLead Agile teams through development, testing, and deployment phasesCollaborate with business, technology, and risk stakeholdersDrive product strategy, roadmap, and adoptionProvide updates on product performance and progressSupport decision-making related to compliance, risk, and optimizationPartner with vendors and cross-functional teams for delivery and supportMaintain product documentation and training materialsPromote Agile best practices and continuous improvementEssentials:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years of product management experienceExperience working with Agile or SAFe methodologiesExperience delivering products to marketExperience working with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDesired:Experience with AI chatbot or agent-based solutionsFamiliarity with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, Connect)Experience in financial services or regulated environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsReq ID: AM788815330
