OB/GYN Physician - Surprise, AZ Shift: Full-Time, (Mon - Fri) Key Responsibilities: • Provide full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecological care • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic women's health conditions • Perform routine and complex gynecologic procedures • Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives • Coordinate patient care with specialists and initiate appropriate referrals • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation • Follow organizational, departmental, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: • MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Active or eligible Arizona medical license • Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and ethical practice Perks & Benefits: • Full Suites of Benefits • Bonus Structure: • $100 per delivery • $5 per clinic patient • $50 per GYN surgery • $12 per ultrasound report • $1,600 per call, day after 10/month If interested, feel free to reach out at or
