Our work includes real estatedevelopment, property and asset management as well as capital raising.Role DescriptionSupport the growth of Woodborn's development platform through active deal sourcing, underwriting coordination, and execution of value-add and opportunistic development projects. Reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations & Acquisitions.This role requires a highly motivated individual who can operate across acquisitions, entitlements, and project execution while working closely with senior leadership.The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with a strong interest in real estate development and deal-making.Qualifications3 - 7 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, brokerage, or related fieldStrong financial analysis and Excel skills, with experience supporting real estate underwritingUnderstanding of the real estate development lifecycle, including acquisitions, entitlements, and constructionAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and relationship building skillsBachelor's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field preferred
