Masters Level Mental Health therapist-Non Licensed

Job Summary: Masters Level Mental Health Therapist - Non Licensed Position Description/Competencies Part-time and Full-Time positions available. Flexible work schedule including options for in-office and telehealth services Establish and assess level of care: complete behavioral health assessment, identify provisional diagnosis using current DSM, and develop treatment plans Document thorough assessments, treatment plans, case notes, and other written documentation within 24 hours of service delivery. Identify and asses for risk factors for harm to shelf and/or others in the context of the client’s current psychosocial context Effectively utilize electronic health record for scheduling, file management and other needs that may arise for your caseload. Provide individual therapy to children, youth, adults, and families, using approved evidence-based practices. Provide case management, consultation, care coordination and other services as necessary to provide care for your clients. Advocate and refer to community and internal resources as necessary. Provide other associated duties, including (but not limited to): maintenance of client records with high professional standards, response to client text messages, phone calls and emails within appropriate timeframes. Participate in periodic Williamstopher Care team meetings. Maintain good communication with Williamstopher Care administration to communicate caseload availability and any administrative needs. Must be a registered CSWA, LPC Associate and working towards licensure.
