Title: Technical Recruiter IV Contract Duration: 7 months ( 07/01/2026 to 01/31/2027) Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office and rest days work from home) at either of the location (Chicago, IL 60654 OR Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 OR Atlanta, GA 30326 OR McLean, VA 22102 (1st preference)) AND (Austin, TX 78701 OR Dallas, TX 75201) (secondary) Pay rate: $52/hr on W2 Number of Positions: 6 Must have skills: Tech Recruiting, Learning Agility, Exec Relationships, Offer Negotiation (can push back on HMs and Candidates), AI Tools (Gemini, Claude, Chat), System Documentation, Data Savvy (to influence) Client is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support our CSG (Customer Success/ProServices Group) team delivering top candidates in a fast paced environment. Working in a cross collaborative environment you will directly impact the delivery of candidates from our Recruiting team into open opportunities across the AMER organization. What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across our Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizationsSource and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with our Talent Attraction team to manage sourced pipelinesProactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competenciesDevelop and execute recruiting strategies that fill current openings while building a robust, future-ready candidate pipelinePartner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficientlyCollaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver an efficient, high-touch candidate experienceBuild trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders - pushing back when needed, advising on trade-offs, and bringing data and market intelligence that sharpens hiring decisions What You'll Bring5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technology and/or professional services roles within a large, matrixed organizationProven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomesStrong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for executionComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressureConsultative, data-informed approach - bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to every hiring manager conversationProficiency with AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and related technologies (Workday experience highly preferred) Notes :Most hires will work within client team of 10-12 recruiters, strong collaborationSome doing FLCR and some may have sourcing/TA support. but they do need FLCR experience,Prefer experience supporting Manager up to VP Level execs.Target companies: Enterprise Product Companies, Big 4 Consulting.High volume experience, typically juggle 20-25 reqs, quarterly goal of 12 External and 5 Internal Hires on averageFull cycle for the most part, HM intakes, screens, closing candidates. roles are mostly external hires but also support some internal hiringExperience with AI tool usage and how it is used in day to day Teachable skills: SLACK, the biz, profiles, process Years of Experience : 4-5 years plus
