This per diem role is ideal for educators passionate about literacy intervention and individualized instruction.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver targeted reading instruction using evidence-based strategiesProvide one-on-one and small-group literacy supportAssess student progress and adjust instruction as neededSupport students with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, or mild autismCollaborate with teachers and staff to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in education, Special Education, or related field (Master’s preferred)Valid teaching certification (Reading Specialist or SPED certification preferred)Experience with structured literacy and reading intervention programsFamiliarity with IEPs and differentiated instructionStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay ($70–$100/hour)Flexible, per diem schedulingSupportive and mission-driven school environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ literacy development
