EEG (Full Time-Nights) Monitoring (REMOTE)

***REMOTE WORK & Competitive Pay*** Must be Registered (R.EEG.T)The EEG (Full Time-Nights) Remote Monitoring Tech is responsible for remotely monitoring EEG studies in progress, ensuring the integrity of EEG data and equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting any problems that may occur during the duration of the study.Primary Job Responsibilities:Remotely monitor EEG studies in progress, ensuring the integrity of EEG data and equipmentComply with all established procedures, including communication and technical proceduresCommunicate with the patient and/or EEG Technician to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues during the duration of the EEG study. Escalate issues to management when appropriateEffectively manage high patient volumes and ensure all patient issues are dealt with quickly and professionallyMaintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulationsCommunicate effectively with team members regarding problems with patients or diagnostic equipmentDocument and chart patient situations, such as terminations or extensions of EEG tests in progressMust adhere to HIPAA regulations, Company Confidentiality and Code of ConductPerform other duties as assignedEducation/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredQualifications:Must be able to work full time (night shift)R.EEG.T certificationSuperior problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work weekends-only scheduleAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of HIPAA regulationsProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within strict timelinesAbility to work with minimal supervisionRequired Licenses/Certifications:Current ABRET R. EEG. T.
