Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Infrastructure specialist to support large-scale data center, power, and utility developments across high-growth energy markets.This is a commercially focused, hands-on role covering deal origination, structuring, and execution, working closely with hyperscalers, energy developers, utilities, and internal leadership teams.Based in HoustonTravel to project sitesKey areas of focus include:• Structuring land, power, and infrastructure agreements• Supporting data center and energy development opportunities• Financial modelling (NPV, IRR, sensitivities) for complex infrastructure deals• Coordinating across legal, finance, land, and operations teams• Supporting water, power, and sustainability strategies tied to AI/data center growth• Managing stakeholder engagement, permitting, and development strategyIdeal candidates will have experience across digital infrastructure, energy, real assets, or large industrial developments, with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.If you are interested please apply directly.
