We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a 79-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving post-acute rehab and long-term care residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working in a fast-paced rehab environment with a diverse patient population and strong demand for therapy services.Position Highlights:Skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting79-bed facilityDiverse caseload of post-acute and long-term care residentsCollaborative interdisciplinary team environmentResponsibilities:Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plansProvide mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and other rehabilitation interventionsDocument patient care in the EMR and maintain compliance with facility requirementsCollaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomesRequirements:Masters Degree or Doctorate in Physical TherapyActive California Physical Therapist licenseBLS certificationSkilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferredExperience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare settings is a plusPay Package:$50/hour pay rate$500 travel stipend
