The ideal candidate will beteam-oriented, strive for high-quality services, and have someexperience with estimates, bids, and subcontractors. Maine State Licensed Energy Auditoror BPI Building Analyst certification is preferred; asbestos, lead &radon training is helpful. Must have a valid Maine driver\'s license andliability insurance.
