Role SummarySupports field construction operations by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, assisting with subcontractor communication, and maintaining project documentation. Works closely with Superintendent and Project Management to ensure field activities align with project plans.ResponsibilitiesAssist Superintendent with daily field coordination activitiesTrack labor, materials, and subcontractor activity on active jobsMaintain daily logs, field reports, and photo documentationSupport scheduling updates and look-ahead planningCoordinate deliveries, site access, and basic logisticsAssist in compiling punch lists and closeout documentationCommunicate field updates to Project Manager and SuperintendentHelp monitor jobsite safety compliance (reporting level only)Assist with invoice review coding and basic documentation supportSupport inspection coordination (scheduling, not execution responsibility)Track project progress against schedule and flag delaysRequirements1–3 years construction field experienceBasic understanding of construction sequencingAbility to read plans (basic/intermediate)Strong organization and communication skillsProficient in Excel / reporting toolsExposure to field coordination or trade background preferred
