Purchase Administrator

Position DescriptionMaintain inventory levels for all production assembly teams, by coordinating orders and deliveries with suppliers. Manage procurement records, supplier communication and purchase orders.Specific Responsibilities (tasks)Inventory management/oversight.Procurement for all product components.Communicate with suppliers regarding status and maintaining on-time deliveries.Coordinate deliveries with freight forwarder.(s)Collaborate with Accounts Payables team regarding wire/payments to suppliers.Procure all items to assist internal warehouse operations.Assist other department with stock needs for customer deliveries.Generate and maintain POs for suppliers product lines. (foreign/domestic)Maintain weekly inventory reports for each department.Software Application KnowledgeMicrosoft Office, Outlook, Excel, SAP or ERP (Visual).Qualifications1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in purchasing, healthcare, pharmaceutical operations.High School Diploma or higher.Strong organizational and detail oriented skills.Professional communication skill.
