Electrical Apprentice

Electrical Apprentice JDP Electric is looking for an entry-level to mid-level Electrical Apprentice to join our team. If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and interested in learning the commercial electrical trade, we'd like to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career. You'll work alongside experienced electricians and foremen who will help you learn the trade while gaining hands-on experience in the field. Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and shows up ready to work Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Comfortable working in a commercial construction environment Willing to travel when projects require it Basic knowledge of PPE and jobsite safety is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Responsibilities Assist electricians and foremen with commercial electrical installations Install conduit, pull wire, mount devices, and help with other electrical tasks Read and learn from blueprints and job drawings Keep work areas clean and organized Follow company safety policies and NEC requirements Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience Commercial experience is helpful but not required. We're more interested in finding someone with a good attitude who wants to learn and grow with the company. Immediate opening available. Overtime may be available depending on project needs.
