Lead and/or contribute to the utilization of various risk management and mitigation tools and practices (e.g., mistake proofing, critical control points, failure mode and effects analysis). Lead and contribute to reliability assessments of product design. Lead and/or contribute to root cause investigations using various problem-solving techniques and tools (e.g., K-T analysis), and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
