Marketing Operations Manager
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to oversee internal workflows, ensure project execution stays on track, and drive operational excellence across all marketing departments. This role is critical in maintaining structure, accountability, and efficiency while supporting both team performance and client success.This is an agency-side role and requires a strong understanding of full-service marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, graphic design, web development, and photo/video production.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Workflow ManagementOwn and manage project timelines across all client accounts to ensure deliverables are completed on scheduleMonitor workloads and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, or delaysHold internal teams accountable for deadlines and task completionEnsure seamless handoff between departments from onboarding through executionMonday.com Oversight & System ManagementMaintain and enforce proper use of Monday.com across all teamsEnsure all boards, tasks, timelines, and statuses are consistently updated and accurateAudit boards regularly to confirm alignment with project timelines and SOPsOptimize board structures, templates, and workflows for efficiency and scalabilityStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Develop, document, and refine SOPs across all departmentsEnsure all team members are trained on and following established SOPsIdentify gaps in processes and create solutions to improve consistency and qualityContinuously update SOPs as workflows evolveCross-Department CollaborationAct as the central point of coordination across departments including SEO, PPC, social media, graphic design, web, and photo/video productionFacilitate internal communication to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverablesLead internal check-ins and workflow meetings to maintain momentum and claritySupport resource planning and team allocation across projectsClient Success & DeliveryEnsure all client deliverables meet quality standards and deadlinesWork closely with account managers to align internal execution with client expectationsProactively address issues that may impact client satisfaction or timelinesSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into active projectsPerformance & Process OptimizationTrack and report on project efficiency, team utilization, and operational performanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and increase output qualityImplement systems that support scalability as the agency growsQualifications (Required)3–6+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment (required)Hands-on experience managing workflows across SEO, PPC, social media, graphic design, web development, and photo/video productionStrong experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience creating, implementing, and enforcing SOPs across teamsExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat Success Looks LikeProjects consistently delivered on time and within scopeMonday.com is fully up-to-date, organized, and actively used across all teamsSOPs are clearly defined, followed, and continuously improvedAll departments are aligned and operating efficientlyClients experience seamless execution and high-quality deliverables
