E‐commerce Specialist – B2B ManufacturingA growing, innovation‐focused manufacturer in the industrial products space is seeking an E‐commerce Specialist to own and optimize multiple digital sales channels, including a direct website, Amazon Seller Central, and EDI‐supported national accounts.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, IT, and operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, maintaining data accuracy, and improving the customer experience across e‐commerce platforms.The RoleThe E‐commerce Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and day‐to‐day execution of e‐commerce processes across multiple channels. You'll ensure product data consistency, support EDI integrations, manage online inventory, and collaborate cross‐functionally to drive accuracy, visibility, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain processes for managing product listings, images, promotions, and clearance items on the company website in partnership with MarketingManage Amazon Seller Central channel, including product listings, imagery, promotions, and ongoing optimizationEnsure consistency and accuracy of product data across all e‐commerce platformsSupport IT and Sales teams with EDI setup, maintenance, and compliance for national accountsPartner with National Account Managers to address UMAP and pricing issues across digital channelsMonitor customer reviews, questions, and feedback; respond or route appropriatelyManage online inventory accuracy and availabilityWrite, edit, and maintain product content in collaboration with MarketingManage channel‐specific communications related to orders and customer service inquiriesSupport additional digital initiatives as assigned by leadershipWhat They're Looking ForHighly motivated, self‐directed professional with strong ownership mindset5+ years of experience supporting e‐commerce platforms (B2B or industrial preferred)Hands‐on experience with Amazon Seller CentralERP experience; manufacturing ERP systems strongly preferredWorking knowledge of HTML, XML, and EDI processesExperience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of business processes and cross‐functional workflowsEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredERP experience required (manufacturing‐focused systems a plus)Benefits & What's OfferedMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off and paid holidaysRetirement plan with company contributionOpportunity to work in a stable, growth‐oriented manufacturing environmentHigh ownership and visibility across digital sales channels
