You will work in a setting that values clinical excellence and personal well-being, with colleagues who are dedicated to improving client outcomes and supporting one another. You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development through supervision, peer consultation, training in evidence-based practices, and exposure to a diverse caseload of children and adolescents with varying clinical presentations.
You will respond to urgent clinical needs with appropriate crisis assessment and intervention, collaborate with families and support systems, and advocate for clients in school or community settings when necessary. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people while growing your skills and career within a supportive, mission-driven mental health organization.
