The role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and efficient service. Key responsibilities include managing culinary staff, maintaining quality control, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaboration with leadership to implement strategies for growth and revenue enhancement is also expected.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Food & Beverage, Culinary Skills, and Food Service managementExperience in Customer Satisfaction with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiencesProficiency in Budgeting and cost control to maximize operational efficiencyExcellent leadership, team management, and communication skillsKnowledge of health and safety standards and regulations in food and beverage serviceProven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage
