Essential FunctionsLoad and unload raw materials and finished product Accurately complete reports and paperwork as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Creating and maintaining a safe work environment for self and others. Cross training when needed or required.Willingness and ability to work other positions when needed.Effectively communicate with management, prior shift, staff and others on a daily, weekly and/or as need basis. Requires material be moved from one position/location to another in an effort to produce a finished quality product. Muscular, cardiovascular and upper/lower body manipulation is used to move the product through a process.Responsible for checking, recognizing, reporting and correcting the quality of productSkills and AbilitiesOperate various types of equipment as neededWork EnvironmentHigh noise level, high heat during summer and cold during winter months. Exposure to metals stampings, welding and parts fabrication operations. Personal Protective EquipmentPersonal Protective EquipmentSafety glasses, ear plugs, safely shoes, gloves and any other PPE as required.QualificationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with co-workers.Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals set by Management and self.Possess the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
