This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, understands cabinetry construction, and takes pride in building things the right way. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working from shop drawings in a fast-paced environment, this role offers steady work and long-term opportunity.What You'll DoBuild high-end custom cabinetry from architectural and shop drawingsRead, interpret, and accurately follow drawings and specificationsUse carpentry hand tools and shop machinery safely and effectivelyComplete assigned jobs on schedule while maintaining quality standardsWork collaboratively with other shop team membersManage time effectively to meet production deadlinesMaintain attention to detail in a fast-paced shop environmentSupport additional tasks as directed by the SupervisorWhat You BringHands-on experience in cabinetry or woodworkingKnowledge of cabinetry construction and shop fabrication processesAbility to use and maintain carpentry hand toolsExperience working with cabinetry shop equipmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong work ethic and reliabilityTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to help where neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodationPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 75 pounds or more with team lift, multiple times per dayAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to work in a loud shop environmentMust be fit for duty and able to problem solve, stay organized, and make sound decisionsSchedule and LocationFull-time, on-site positionBased in Lansdale, PAWhy VillageSteady work producing high-quality custom cabinetryClean, organized shop environmentTeam-oriented culture with experienced craftsmenLong-term stability with a respected local manufacturerHow to ApplySubmit your resume or a brief summary of your experience.
