House AttendantWe have extraordinary career opportunities available for experienced Multi-lingual Genuine Team Players with a Passion for creating brilliant experience that makes people' lives better!We are seeking talented and experienced House Attendants to join our amazing team. you will be responsible to take care of all the public areas of the hotel not limited to the front of the hotel, back of house, guest rooms, offices, staircases, corridors, and hallways, and responding to all requests of guests or managers. The House Attendant must follow strict guidelines and safety standards set forth by the hotel with one goal in mind, "Guest"Duties to include, but not limited to;Job DescriptionPartner with overnight colleagues and property leaders to ensure smooth operation of overnight shiftEnsure daily checklist is completed according to hotel standards and report any incomplete task before the end of shift to your supervisorParticipate in general cleaning of guest rooms set forth by managementEnsure their assigned floors are always kept clean, tidy, and stock with supplies as needed by the Room Attendant/sRemove soiled linen, terry, and trash from the service areas or housekeeping closets and take them to the appropriate locations, e.g. garbage roomSort soiled linen/terries in the appropriate laundry bin to be cleaned typeAssist housekeepers as needed to move roll-away beds, bed headboards, heavy machinery, mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.Vacuum hallways, clean exit lights, clean doors and frames, baseboards, moldings, hallway carpets, etc. as necessary in assigned sectionsComplete daily assigned projects that are given by the manager on dutyReport guest requests, complaints, and inquiries to your manager to ensure matters are handled to ensure guest satisfactionReport all maintenance issues and items that need repairDelivery guests request as needed and ensure to greet guest in a friendly professional mannerStock and maintain all supply rooms and closets. Report all supplies that need replenishing to your managerUse high power equipment to polish, vacuum, mop, shampoo carpets, wax floors, and disposing of garbageParticipate in general cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, or storage areasKnowledgeable and actively practices the hotels' emergency procedures and lost and found guidelinesPerform and complete any special projects or reasonable requests assigned by management, e.g., daily focus projectsProperly uses all cleaning fluids and supplies according to OSHA standardsEnsure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par.
