Job Description Temp to PermWorcester, MACustomer Service RepresentativeDuration: Temp to PermShift: M-F 8am-4:30pm· Previous Customer Service experience, answering phones· Previous experience with the GP system a plus· Previous experience in customer service, answering phones, etc.· ALL candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (THC ok)· Cannot work outside of department scheduled hours (listed above)· All candidates must have longevityJob Summary:Individual is responsible for processing communication headset orders and taking incoming telephone calls from our customers.Duties/ Responsibilities:· Process new Purchase Orders.· Answer general end-user and dealer questions such as: Product information, Price and availability, technical assistance, Product Complaint, Repair procedure/address, Repair status request.· Answer customer questions and assist with finding the correct product needed for their application.· Interact with Sales, Production & Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping Departments on a daily basis to satisfy our customers' needs.· Provide Return Authorization numbers to customers returning product for credit.· Coordinate Demo Loaner and Shipping Papers.· Track packages or give tracking numbers.· Assist walk-in customers.· Other duties as required.Level of Responsibility:· Employee works under general supervision.· Employee has little or no decision-making responsibility.· The employee has little or no impact on the decisions of others.Supervisor Responsibilities:· NoneRequired Skills/ Abilities:· Previous customer service experience is a plus.· Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.· Position requires employees to utilize and understand simple formatting and use of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Education & Experience:
