Workforce Analyst

The Workforce Analyst is responsible for data collection and analysis on current labor and wage markets and important economic trends.Job DescriptionResponsibilities Performs research, conducts analysis, and formulates recommendations.Conduct pay, headcount wages & geographic reportsCurrent economic & labor trendsCreates charts, tables, spreadsheets, statistical reports, and other related documents.Identify issues and concerns relating to operations, policies, and procedures, regulation and statistics.Coordinate and track projects.Conduct research and perform specialized analyses and develop statistical and financial reports.Consult with legal counsel as requiredQualifications Required:- Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years experience- Knowledge of Industry best practices and trends.- Excellent Written, Verbal, and Organization Skills- Critical Thinker and Problem- solving skills- Good Time- Management SkillsPreferred:- Knowledge of functional areas of business such as supply chain, finance, customer service and human resources.- Able to prioritize multiple deadlines in an efficient manner- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
