Outside Sales Representative - UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Outside Sales Commission Structure Account with Lease – 25% commission of lease revenue net of deal costs. Residual Bonus Split- 25% split Account with Rented equipment – commission flat based on monthly rental payment with corporate approval. Account with Purchased equipment – - Cash discount - 25% of profit on equipment sold (over cost). - Standard account - 25% of profit on equipment sold (over cost). Account with Reprogramed (merchant owned) equipment- 25% residual split + $100 flat Account with free equipment- (no clover/ovvi) – 25% residual split + $100 flatBonus Programs Daily, weekly, monthly bonus programs are valid for accounts sold with leases only. Account Bonus Programs applicable as announced. All commissions and bonuses are deemed payable when merchant account is active, funded, and processing true transactions of at least $100 with closed batch. All bonuses based on multiple deals are deemed payable when each account for the required deal count has been deemed payable. All account, rental, and loaner flats and bonuses are subject to chargeback for the first 6 months of first payment should merchant default on monthly payment and not return equipment. All benefits, commissions, and bonuses included in this document are subject to all terms and conditions as identified in and shall not supersede the Independent Contractor Agreement.
