Customer Representative

Core Responsibilities 1-Customer Service: including greeting the customers, suggestive selling, counting back change, and closing the sale with thank you and an offer to return to the store again soon. 2-Prepare food items from the kitchen in accordance with the established portion sizes, quality, and task as designed. 3-Maintains the kitchen, kitchen equipment and food area in a safe and sanitary condition at all times. Corrects or reports any sanitation hazards. 4-Is familiar with all food and drink preparation procedures as assigned. 5-Take food and drink orders and receive payment from customers. 6-Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. 7-Receives incoming product; checks against invoices and corresponds with vendors. 8-Operate large-volume cooking equipments suck as griddles or ovens. 9-Follows all Health Department standards. 10-Know the procedures to be followed in the coffee area, fountain area, restrooms, food service area, coolers, sales floor, and parking lot. 11-Cleaning and maintaning store, bathroom, parking lot appearances and cleanliness. 12-Follows lottery, tobacco and alcohol sales, rules, laws and regulations in accordance with Allen County & Indiana Laws 13-Upholds and promotes All-American Stores mission, vision and values. 14-Works with other team members to manage workload.
