As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, managing inventory and food storage, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will also adhere to food safety standards and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operationUnderstanding of inventory management, food safety standards, and sanitation practicesStrong teamwork, time management, and communication skillsAdaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detailPrevious experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus
