The successful candidate will be required to manage and provide care for adult and geriatric patients in a swing bed unit, focusing on rehabilitation and long-term IV therapy.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the swing bed unit. Administer medications and manage IV therapies as needed. Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy and Social Services. Utilize telemetry monitoring for patient assessment. Ensure proper infection control and isolation precautions are followed. Document all patient care and clinical findings accurately in Cerner.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current PA or compact RN license. 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with charge experience highly regarded. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS. Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
