Join WithersRavenel as a Landscape Designer III and play a key role in shaping the communities where we live and work.As part of our Design + Planning Team in Charlotte, you’ll work closely with Landscape Architects, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers to lead design efforts, coordinate across disciplines, and deliver high-quality, documentable design solutions. Why WithersRavenel?100% Employee-Owned - your leadership directly impacts the success we all sharePeople First Culture - a company that values balance, wellbeing, and authentic connectionLegacy of Growth - opportunities to advance your career while investing in the growth of othersRequirements2+ years of experience Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school, or equivalent experienceStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or related technical software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Proficiency in SketchUp or other modeling softwareExperience in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong understanding of site design, grading, planting, and construction documentation Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independentlyExecute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, including presenting to teams and clients Experience in hand-graphics and renderingWillingness to take direction and learn software applicationsPreferred:Progress toward or attainment of Landscape Architecture licensureExperience leading portions of projects or client interactionsExperience with hand graphics and advanced rendering techniques The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of the position.
