This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving on the production floor, and can quickly respond to real-time manufacturing needs.The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international partners, including coordination with engineering teams in Taiwan.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily production activities and troubleshoot issues directly on the manufacturing lineIdentify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and overall production flowWork closely with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational challengesAssist with process setup, documentation, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activitiesCollaborate with Taiwan-based teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth communicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply)0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related environmentsHands-on experience with assembly, SMT, or electronics manufacturing is strongly preferredBilingual in Mandarin and English (required)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on the production floorAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to production needsPreferred AttributesDetail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to take initiative and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
