This is the seat where careers are built.We are a well-established regional electrical contractor with a growing prefabrication program and a clear path for the right person to advance into a Prefabrication Manager role. What you will doPlan, coordinate, and execute prefabricated electrical builds across active projectsCreate fabrication drawings, build sheets, and BOMs using AutoCAD, Revit, or BluebeamCollaborate with PMs, engineers, and field supervisors to identify prefab opportunitiesOversee shop quality control and conduct site visits to verify implementationDrive process improvements that push the program forwardWhat we are looking for2 to 5+ years in electrical construction with prefab knowledge (panel/rack assembly, kitting, feeder/branch layout)Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools and strong NEC knowledgeAssociate degree, electrical apprenticeship, or verifiable equivalent experienceSupervisory or foreman experience a strong plusWhat you get$90,000 to $115,000 salaryHealth, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, HSA, and PTOA stable organization with decades of regional presenceReal, planned upward mobility into managementIf you are ready to grow into leadership, apply now.
