This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership skills within a vibrant hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team in ensuring the delivery of first-class Food and Beverage service to all guests- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service- Monitor and control labor costs by adhering to budgeted payroll and overhead expenses- Work proactively to improve Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond set targets- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and professionalism in accordance with company policies- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards- Support staff training and development to uphold service excellence- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company standards and hotel needs- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staffRequirements:Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management within the hospitality industry- Strong leadership and team supervising skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations- Budget management and cost control experience- High level of professionalism, appearance, and grooming- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications- Strong oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.We foster a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence, offering opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
