You’ll be responsible for the gym's overall success, including staff leadership, member experience, and driving revenue growth.You’ll lead from the front: teaching classes, coaching your team, and building relationships with families while also owning the business performance.This role is ideal for someone who has a background in gymnastics or youth programs and is ready to step into a leadership position with real impact.What Success Looks LikeThe gym is running smoothly day-to-day, with a strong, reliable teamClasses are full, and new families are consistently joiningYou and your team are confidently promoting and selling the programMembers stay engaged and retention is strongThe gym continues to grow in both revenue and community presenceKey ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop Your TeamHire, train, and manage instructors and staffCreate a positive, high-energy team environmentCoach team members on both instruction and customer experienceRun Daily OperationsOversee scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day gym operationsMaintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment standardsEnsure a consistent, high-quality experience for every familyTeach & Lead ClassesTeach gymnastics-based classes for children of various age groupsLead by example in delivering fun, engaging, and safe instructionDrive Sales & GrowthActively promote and sell programs to new and existing membersBuild relationships with families to drive enrollment and retentionIdentify opportunities to grow revenue (events, programs, memberships)Customer ExperienceDeliver an outstanding experience for both kids and parentsHandle questions, concerns, and feedback professionallyCreate a welcoming, community-focused environmentWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in gymnastics, physical education, or child development Experience in leadership, operations, or managing a team Comfortable with sales and customer-facing conversations Strong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to work a mix of daytime, evenings, and weekends Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000 – $72,000 per year (based on experience)Performance-based bonus opportunities401(k) with up to 4% matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (sick, personal, holidays)Ongoing training and career developmentOpportunity for advancement within the organizationThe ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will possess superior time management skills. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is required.
