C² Technologies seeks a DITMAC Content Development and Delivery SME/Instructor to work closely with and under the supervision of the Instructional Design Manager to provide expert services in content development and delivery for the Defense Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC).
Summary: C² Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Development and Delivery SME/Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess significant counter insider threat analytic experience, with demonstrated experience conducting analysis in support of Insider Threat issues. This role involves developing training content, instructing adult learners, and providing technical expertise in counter insider threat processes.
Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Develop and review course content related to Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and Personnel Security.
Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with security training standards.
Assist in the transition and instructional design/development for virtual course offerings.
Instructional Delivery:
Provide instruction to adult learners in a formal classroom or via distance learning courses.
Facilitate and instruct courses related to counter insider threat processes, cycles, and organizations.
Ensure training aligns with DOD training programs and standards.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support in the design and development of instructional materials.
Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
Write, edit, and review a wide range of courseware, documents, and publications.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with customers to turn training requirements and expectations into comprehensive, well-articulated courses.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding project status and any issues.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on instructional design activities.
Requirements:
Either:
A Bachelor’s degree in a Security or Intelligence-related discipline from an accredited university.
OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a subject matter expert in the areas of Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel Security.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an instructor for adult learners, in a formal classroom or via distance learning courses working with DOD training programs.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with counter insider threat processes, cycles, and organizations.
Knowledge of and/or experience developing training for various research tools.
Knowledge of systems, procedures, and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting, and disseminating counter insider threat data.
Current Personnel (Security) Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Top-Secret level with SCI security clearance/eligibility.
Preferred:
Possession of an active Certified Counter Insider Threat credential.
Eight (8) or more years of experience as an instructor to adult learners, in a formal classroom or via distance learning courses, related to DOD Security Policy.
Eight (8) or more years of experience with counter insider threat processes, cycles, and organizations.
Knowledge of and/or experience developing training for various research tools.
Knowledge of systems, procedures, and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting, and disseminating counter insider threat data.
