Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support our team of financial advisors. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients—helping drive business growth by scheduling meetings and strengthening client engagement.You’ll play a critical role in managing the flow of client opportunities by reaching out to current clients and qualified internal leads, ensuring they are connected with the appropriate advisor.Key Responsibilities Proactively contact current clients to schedule review and follow-up meetingsReach out to internal sales leads and prospects to schedule initial consultations with advisorsMaintain a consistent pipeline of scheduled appointments for a team of 4 advisorsTrack outreach, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM systemsCollaborate closely with advisors to align scheduling priorities and maximize efficiencyProvide a high-quality, professional experience in all client interactionsAssist with appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling as neededQualifications1+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or appointment settingStrong communication skills (phone, email, and interpersonal)Comfortable making outbound calls dailyHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plusPositive, professional, and client-focused attitude
