We host over a million guests annually through elevated experiences and cutting-edge event programming.We’re seeking a HOURLY Ticketing & Customer Service Specialist to join our NYC office. This is a full-time, in-person role that is perfect for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about live events.Key Responsibilities:Manage and upload events to ticketing platforms (Eventbrite, POSH VIP, etc.)Optimize listings to maximize sales and visibilityResearch and post events on external outlets and promotional platformsAssist with influencer coordination and basic admin supportProvide customer service for event inquiries (email, phone)Support our Director of Operations with day-to-day tasksRequirements:Must work onsite in Midtown Manhattan (not a remote position)Familiarity with ticketing platforms and basic tech troubleshootingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesFlexible schedule (some nights, weekends, holidays required)Tri-State area resident with reliable transportationProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelReady to join the party?
