In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective and current residents, promoting available units, and ensuring a positive leasing experience from first inquiry through move-in.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage with prospective residents in a professional and friendly mannerConduct property tours and highlight available apartment features and amenitiesRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visitsAssist applicants with leasing applications, screenings, and lease signingsMaintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leasing activityFollow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leasesSupport marketing efforts including posting listings and updating availabilityWork closely with property management to ensure smooth move-in and resident satisfactionHandle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and lease documentationQualificationsPrevious experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or real estate preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environmentBasic computer skills (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, YARDI)High school diploma or equivalent requiredReliable, organized, and detail-oriented
