We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead Agile teams in delivering cloud-native data and digital solutions for critical national security missions.• Guide Agile execution, manage priorities, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and mission users.• Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, drive delivery accountability, and remove team blockers.• Support the development of scalable data platforms, APIs, and analytics capabilities in secure cloud environments.What You'll Need• 5+ years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.• Experience working in Agile environments, such as Scrum or SAFe.• Knowledge of government systems, directives, and policies.• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Required Secret clearance.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($86,800 - $198,000) plus comprehensive benefits.• Opportunities for professional development and tuition assistance.• Work-life programs and dependent care support.• A collaborative environment focused on driving real outcomes.Apply via Haystack today!
