This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.Program Director supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organization's mission.In addition to the summary above position may include Program Director (Statewide) duties that includes being responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all assigned program(s) within Colorado including supervision and guidance to clinical and program staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. Ensuring staff adhere to current job descriptions and professional standards, providing direct supervision to staff, and ensuring overall budget is met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently. In addition to clinical oversight, the Director manages program budgets, monitors billing and collections, and ensures responsible fiscal performance to support sustainable service delivery.This role offers licensed clinicians the opportunity to directly shape program operations and clinical practice in Denver and El Paso while influencing statewide service direction and growth.Qualifications/ Requirements:Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related is required.Must be a licensed practitioner with a valid active license in good standing in the State of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).5-7 years of experience in clinical experience, including supervision or in a leadership role.3-5 years of experience in youth services, community programs, or program development.At least one year of experience in management and supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office (O365) (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful.Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailBilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.Flexibility in hours and non-traditional work hours, may work some evenings or weekendsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage required.Benefits Available:Medical/PrescriptionDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityUNUM Supplemental InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPet InsurancePaid time offHoliday Pay403(b) Retirement Savings Plan.Weekly PayDirect DepositYouth Advocate Programs, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
