This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support, in accordance with each clients care plan./liliEncourage and support clients in performing as much of their personal care as possible to maintain independence./liliAssist with meal preparation and serve meals to clients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while respecting their preferences and dietary needs./liliObserve and document clients eating habits, physical conditions, and emotional well-being, and report any significant changes to the supervisor./liliPromote social engagement by facilitating participation in leisure and planned activities, fostering friendships, and encouraging a sense of community./liliMaintain accurate daily records, including documentation of activities, observations, medication assistance (if applicable), and incidents, as per company policies./liliKeep the environment clean, safe, and organized by performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining common areas./liliRespond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or client requests, adhering to established protocols./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliAuthorization to work in the United States.
