Project ManagerLocation: Jacksonville, FLSalary: $110,000 - $125,000We are working with a Jacksonville-based commercial general contractor to find a Project Manager to take the lead on projects across the Northeast Florida market. This company was founded by a seasoned residential and commercial leadership team and brings residential-level attention to detail into commercial and multifamily work, which sets them apart in a meaningful way. They are a recognized and growing firm with a pipeline that includes projects up to $32 million spanning multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use.
