Project ManagerLocation: Jacksonville, FLSalary: $110,000 - $125,000We are working with a Jacksonville-based commercial general contractor to find a Project Manager to take the lead on projects across the Northeast Florida market. This company was founded by a seasoned residential and commercial leadership team and brings residential-level attention to detail into commercial and multifamily work, which sets them apart in a meaningful way. They are a recognized and growing firm with a pipeline that includes projects up to $32 million spanning multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use. If you want to manage projects at a firm where your work shapes the direction of the company, this is a strong opportunity.What You'll DoManage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with full accountability for schedule, budget, and qualityLead subcontractor and vendor coordination, contract management, and procurementOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentationDevelop and maintain project schedules and proactively manage risks to timeline and costBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partnersCollaborate closely with field superintendents to align office and field operationsPrepare and present owner updates, financial reports, and project status summariesContribute to preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scope review, and subcontractor outreachWhat You'll BringA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience5 or more years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a lead Project ManagerExperience on multifamily, mixed-use, retail, or office projects preferredA strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong financial acumen and comfort managing project budgets and cost reportingProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeA collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong working relationships across all project stakeholdersWhat You'll GainA salary in the $110,000 to $125,000 range based on experienceThe opportunity to join a recognized and growing Jacksonville GC at an exciting point in their trajectoryDirect access to company leadership and a real voice in how the firm grows and operatesA collaborative culture that blends residential craftsmanship standards with commercial executionCompetitive benefits and long-term growth potential in the Northeast Florida marketAt Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders.
