Account Manager - Lifestyle PR

I'm working with a high-growth, transatlantic PR and brand communications agency which is focused on further building out its US presence in 2026. They're looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts and play a meaningful role in scaling the US business.This is an agency with an excellent reputation in the design, interiors and lifestyle space.**This is a hands-on role with real scope and ownership of a key portfolio of accounts and is the fastest growing area of the businessThe roleYou'll sit at the centre of client strategy, execution and growth, working closely with founders, senior clients and a global leadership team across US and UK.What you'll be doing:Leading integrated communications programmes across earned media, partnerships, influencers and eventsActing as senior day-to-day counsel to founders and marketing leadersManaging and mentoring a growing US-based teamOwning client strategy, delivery standards and commercial performanceSupporting new business development and organic account growthBuilding strong relationships with US media, tastemakers and brand partnersCollaborating cross-market with UK teams to align strategy and executionWhat they're looking for4-8+ years' experience in US agency communicationsCurrently at Account Manager / Senior Account Manager level, or Senior Account Executive with 5 years experienceStrong background working with lifestyle, hospitality, travel, design or consumer brandsConfident managing senior clients and complex accountsCommercially aware and comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communicator - sharp on tone, storytelling and positioningPackageBase salary $90K-$105K+ (level dependent)Performance-related bonusHybrid workingHealth insurance & 401(k)21 days PTO + birthday offOpportunities to work closely with UK leadership and travel internationallyThis suits someone who wants more influence, more exposure, and a clearer path forward than most agencies of this size can offer.At Reuben Sinclair, we are committed to creating an accessible, inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
