Description:Cafe Guest Experience- Welcomes with a friendly smile. Complete the entry transaction accurately and efficiently, while assuring security, visit with guests about new menu items and upcoming activities and directing guests for a smooth process. Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience. Inputs orders on a point of sale (POS) by selecting items. Checking order for accuracy. Resolves customer issues and answers questions about menu items and purchasing processes. Restocks and Communicates inventory needs. Discounts-Never discount guests unless authorized by managers. Collects payments by accepting card payments. Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization. Communciates with kitchen if order needs canceled. Maintains a clean and orderly counter, back of counter, coke machine. and cafe area. Restock and Complete daily Cleaning Checklist each shift. Restock Walk-in from overstock Remembering that cafe area cleanliness is top priority. Requirements:Weekend Availability Additional Info:Elgible for Tip Share depending on Hours each week.
