This position is responsible for guiding the management team on financial matters, establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all Support Center accounting and finance activities, with a team of 4 to 6 managers/supervisors reporting directly to you. Manage the Prevailing wage team and the Payroll team. Strategize with management to achieve profit goals for all divisions. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all aspects and responsibilities of each business section you oversee. Plan, implement, manage, and control all financial-related activities for the company, advising senior management on financial matters. Partner with upper management on operational and strategic issues, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis. Actively participate in internal management while contributing positively to our Executive Team. Lead with a compelling strategic vision aligned with the organization’s short and long-term goals. Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Collaborate with management to achieve an annual revenue growth of 10%. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Represent captive insuranceRepresent ERP and help with proceduresEvaluate and communicate the organization's financial performance. Participate in developing financial business plans and programs as a strategic partner. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports. Offer advice on the financial implications of business activities to executive management. Maintain strong relationships with other executive team members to provide financial solutions. Conduct contract review and financial comparative analysis of various lines of business. Provide feedback to owners on business and tax-related matters and offer investment oversight. Evaluate department structures and team plans for continual improvement. Act as the main point of contact for external CPAs and perform other assigned duties. Supervisory Responsibilities:Direct and oversee all Finance & Accounting functions. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with organizational policies and laws. Conduct interviews, hiring, and training of employees. Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees. Address complaints and resolve problems effectively. Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA, MBA, or CMA a plus. 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in the wireless industry. Join our team and help drive our company's financial success!
