Global Marketing Analyst
Ultradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, talented Global Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Global Marketing Analyst will be responsible for not only facilitating access to complex marketing data, but translating it into actionable insights that drive performance across the organization. This role will be a key contributor to global marketing strategy, so we are searching for a confident, analytical team player who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.Lead advanced marketing analytics and reporting across multiple channels, including social, email, print, video, web, and emerging platformsServe as the primary point of contact for analytics and reporting needs across regional and cross-functional teamsAnalyze campaign performance, web analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunitiesDesign, develop, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectivesConduct keyword research, SEO/SEM analysis, and content performance evaluations to inform acquisition strategiesPartner with stakeholders to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization decisionsGenerate executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendationsDrive improvements in data quality, attribution methodologies, and reporting efficiencyProvide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team membersSupport program and project coordination, including managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional alignmentOperate with minimal supervision, independently resolving complex analytical and reporting challengesWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED AS A GLOBAL MARKETING ANALYST:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is ideal5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related discipline is idealStrong proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta analytics, Asana, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and event management platformsExperience analyzing multi-channel campaigns and translating insights into actionable strategiesAbility to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to senior stakeholdersStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to influence decision-making across teamsExperience mentoring or guiding junior team membersWhat We’re Looking For In YouPower BI and/or GA4 (Google Analytics 4) certifications preferredMBA or other advanced degree with a focus on marketing, analytics, business strategy, or a related field preferredProject management or agile certification (e.g., PMP or CSM) preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsProactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvementUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
