The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, and the ability to lead data-driven decision-making while strengthening client relationships.Location: This is an on-site position in Herndon, VA.Program & Data Management LeadershipLead data management efforts supporting operations. Track and monitor all program and vendor deliverables, ensuring compliance with FAA requirements and contractual obligations. Provide accurate data input, integration, and reporting to support executive visibility, performance tracking, and decision-making.Develop and implement mechanisms for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and enabling proactive intervention. Ensure high standards of data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational transparency.Operational Oversight & ExecutionOversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the primary liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, vendors, and FAA stakeholders. Review project status, manage schedules, oversee deliverables, and prepare comprehensive status reports.Assess project challenges and develop effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule, within budget, and aligned with FAA expectations and performance standards.Client Engagement & Business GrowthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with FAA stakeholders, partners, and internal leadership. Build a deep understanding of client mission priorities and position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Support business initiatives and growth efforts within the BNATC Program, identifying opportunities beyond the current scope of work. Participate in relevant pre-sales activities, project qualification, requirements analysis, presentations, and proposal development. Communicate program performance metrics and business results to both client and corporate leadership.Financial & Strategic AccountabilityMaintain P&L and revenue responsibility for assigned program areas as determined by leadership. Evaluate and assess new project opportunities based on scope, complexity, timeline, and participation level.Participate in direct customer support as needed and engage in consultative discussions regarding project planning, services, and operational improvements.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:U.S. Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceBachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or a High School diploma or equivelant and 12 years of experienceMinimum of 8 years of progressive experience in program management, data management, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale, multi-site federal programs, including oversight of vendor deliverables and performanceProven experience developing and executing data management strategies, including data governance, integration, and reportingHands-on experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools to support performance tracking and executive decision-makingProven ability to build and maintain strong, executive-level client relationships within a federal or highly regulated environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholdersStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering data-driven outcomesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldPMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar program/project management certificationExperience supporting FAA programs or working within the National Airspace System (NAS) environmentDemonstrated success managing large-scale, geographically dispersed programs (50+ sites) within a federal or regulated environmentAdvanced experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive executive-level insightsStrong familiarity with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)Experience establishing or optimizing data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and reporting automationExperience supporting business development activities, including capture support, proposal writing, and client presentationsStrong understanding of vendor management, subcontractor oversight, and performance tracking#BNATCSDetailsTarget Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
