We represent businesses, employers, and individuals in multiple areas of law.Weber Gallagher seeks an organized and Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Philadelphia, PA office. This position will work on-site from our Philadelphia office.Responsibilities:Reconcile firm credit cardsReview and process employee expensesProcess weekly check requestsManage and sort high volume AP inboxCompile, code, enter client related invoices to verify if WG is responsible for paymentSend all client related invoices after verifying WG is responsible for paymentCommunicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment statusHandle vendor payment inquiries and help resolve outstanding balancesReconcile vendor statementsCommunicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries via email/phone/etc.Communicate with internal attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff regarding approvals and payment statusesEnsure compliance with client guidelines and firm policy guidelines while processing transactionsReconciling various vendor invoices such as: UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.Qualifications:2+ years' experience in Accounts PayableHigh school diploma, or equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, OutlookStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet time deadlinesStrong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervisionAbility to handle stressful situations with a solutions-oriented approachOperate with a sense of urgencyExercise impeccable professional judgement in handling clients and firm attorneys and paralegalsWeber Gallagher offers an excellent benefits package, including 401(k) and medical.
