Description: CrowdPlat, Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer 3 for a contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The candidate will be responsible for automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes, improving CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with IT developers to align operations with business needs. The position requires extensive experience in automating the “full-life cycle” of complex enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC, and CI/CD tools.The selected candidate must have a strong background in advanced DevOps automation, experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS), and the ability to manage development, test, and production environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop, review, modify, and enhance CI/CD principles.Install, configure, and maintain CI/CD tools and platforms.Automate processes and develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs.Collaborate with IT developers and facilitate alignment between operations and business functions.Provide on-call support for development, test, training, and production environments.Support sprint-related and release activities.Document processes and procedures for automation solutions.Required Skills:10 years of experience automating full-life cycle enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC & CI/CD tools.10 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions for scalability and recoverability.8 years of experience with programming/script languages such as Python, GoLang, Bash, Ruby, and Perl.8 years of experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Skills:5 years of development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and associated frameworks.Experience with WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, and SQL tools.Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (CST)Travel: No travel required. Fully remote within Texas.
